Housekeeping Staff – Seasonal

About the role

Fouquet's Mykonos, the Barrière Group's first venture in Greece, is located on the shores of Paraga Beach and offers 61 suites, 3 private villas, panoramic terraces, pools, a rock-carved spa, the ROKA restaurant and direct beach access. It is looking for a Housekeeping Staff member for a seasonal position starting as soon as possible and running until mid-October.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the organization and administrative management of the Housekeeping department.
• Ensure the quality of room service and the success of operations, meeting service quality commitments.
• Adjust schedules according to business activity.
• Supervise, motivate, lead, plan and oversee all Housekeeping staff.
• Ensure compliance with Barrière Group procedures and LQA standards.
• Serve as acting General Housekeeper in the General Housekeeper's absence.
• Train and welcome new employees.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience as a Housekeeper in a 5-star hotel.
• Availability, reliability and a commitment to service.
• Hospitality experience and strong customer focus.
• Natural people skills, attention to detail and team spirit.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the Opéra software.
• Fluent English.

The stated salary is 1,600 to 1,750 euros net per month.
