Health & Safety Manager (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking a Health & Safety Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to lead large‑scale transformation programmes for industrial, infrastructure and energy clients in Greece. The role will drive safety performance, operational resilience and risk‑management capability while working closely with senior client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consulting teams and manage delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client senior leaders.
• Design and implement operational risk‑management and safety improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate risk assessments, workshops, operational reviews and leadership discussions.
• Identify operational challenges and develop practical improvement solutions.
• Oversee project execution to ensure quality, impact and timely delivery.
• Coach and mentor team members to develop capability.
• Support business development through proposal preparation and client engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading safety or operational risk projects in industrial or asset‑intensive sectors.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and deliver transformation programmes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English; Greek language skills are a plus.
