Head of Wolt for Work (Greece)

About the role

Wolt is looking for a Head of Wolt for Work to launch and grow its newest B2B business line in Greece. This senior position combines commercial leadership with hands‑on execution, allowing you to shape strategy, secure strategic partners, and build the operating model from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the local growth of Wolt’s B2B line, setting priorities and making commercial decisions.
• Define and execute the commercial strategy while identifying new market opportunities.
• Own the full partnership lifecycle – from opportunity identification and negotiations to long‑term partner success.
• Build and nurture relationships with strategic partners, leading complex negotiations from first contact through launch.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Support, Legal, Finance and other cross‑functional teams to tailor solutions and ensure delivery.
• Represent Wolt at industry events and partner meetings, strengthening the brand as a trusted B2B partner.
• Recruit, coach, and lead a team as the business scales, playing an active role in hiring and team development.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with strong drive and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Proven commercial leadership experience in B2B environments.
• Hands‑on execution mindset, comfortable negotiating and solving problems directly.
• Ability to build foundations for long‑term success and scale operations.
