Guest Experience Facilitator – Ellinikon Experience Centre

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Experience Facilitator to join the Ellinikon Experience Centre and Park team. Reporting to the Guest Experience Team Leader, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, delivering presentations, coordinating group visits and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience across indoor and outdoor areas.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and visitors, manage the information kiosks and reception desk.
• Conduct presentations, guide tours and coordinate school visits, group trips and summer camps.
• Oversee events, marketing and promotional activities taking place on the premises.
• Answer visitor questions about facilities (restrooms, baby rooms, cafés) and venue regulations.
• Support operations by enforcing health and safety plans, communicating with the technical team and providing administrative assistance.

Required profile

• Degree in hospitality, tourism, culture or events management (or equivalent).
• 1‑3 years of customer‑service or visitor‑reception experience.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work shifts, including Friday afternoons, weekends and flexible schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic familiarity with audio‑visual equipment and related applications.
