Growth & CRM Manager

About the role

The Growth & CRM Manager will lead audience expansion and customer relationship initiatives for SKAI TV’s television, radio and digital platforms. Based on‑site in Aryiroúpolis, you will combine data‑driven insights with cross‑functional collaboration to boost viewer and listener engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute CRM campaigns, including audience segmentation, lifecycle communications and loyalty programs.
• Analyse audience data and performance metrics to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing, sales and product teams to develop data‑driven marketing initiatives.
• Manage CRM tools, dashboards and reporting to monitor campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate projects from planning through execution, continuously testing and refining strategies to improve retention, loyalty and revenue.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects that enhance the overall viewer and listener experience.

Required profile

• Strong analytical abilities with experience in data interpretation and performance optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Commercial acumen to support audience monetisation and partnership initiatives.
• Knowledge of market segmentation and audience profiling.
• Project‑management experience, including planning and prioritisation of multiple initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Aryiroúpolis and adapt to a fast‑paced media environment.
