About the role
We are looking for a Groom (also known as a Bellboy) to join our team at the luxury 5‑star Aulus Lindos Rhodes resort. The role focuses on delivering a warm welcome and seamless departure experience for our guests, handling luggage, providing information and supporting transportation needs.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests on arrival and departure, assist with luggage loading/unloading and escort them to their rooms.
- Transport luggage, packages and amenities safely between the front desk, vehicles and guest rooms.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, local attractions and answer guest inquiries.
- Arrange and coordinate guest transportation such as taxis, airport shuttles and private transfers.
- Follow safety and security protocols, report any suspicious activity to management.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer‑service experience is a plus; previous bellhop, valet or concierge experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Valid driver’s licence (category B).
