Greek Operational Finance Specialist

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for Operational Finance Specialists who speak Greek natively and English well, to join a dedicated team that manages daily operations, shares and develops knowledge. The position is full-time and can also be done part-time.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and allocate payments
• Handle costs and fees and administer them
• Prepare invoicing documents
• Reconcile accounting events
• Analyse and validate data
• Process debt collection tasks according to work instructions
• Handle and investigate daily task-related incidents
• Create, develop and update documentation and procedures
• Identify areas or processes for improvement

Required profile

• Native Greek speaker with good written and spoken English
• Able to work full or part time
• Quick learner, good problem solver, attention to detail, tech-savvy
• Good with numbers
• Back office experience is an advantage; experience with basic reconciliation is an advantage

Required skills

• MS Office package
• Proficiency with MS Excel
• Experience with Navision or SAP is an advantage
