Greek Finance Project Coordinator

About the role

A leading credit management company, active in 24 European and Latin American countries with more than 10,000 employees, is transforming its global back-office processes. Its Greek team is looking for a Project Coordinator in finance to help shape the new working environment and support the implementation of new ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Take part actively in discussions with stakeholders and development teams
• Evaluate business requirements and define current and future business processes
• Translate business needs into system features, user stories and testable acceptance criteria, and track delivery progress
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Configure systems, test them, document results and communicate outcomes

Required profile

• Experience analysing business requirements and turning them into system features
• Communication and documentation skills that give clarity to development teams
• Native Greek and strong English, spoken and written
• Agile mindset and ability to adapt to fast change
• Debt collection knowledge and stakeholder management are a plus

Required skills

• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and BPMN is a plus
• Experience in finance (cash management, general ledger, accounting reporting) is a plus
