Greek Operational Collections Specialist

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for Operational Collections Specialists who speak Greek natively and have good English, to join a dedicated team that manages daily operations, shares and develops knowledge. The position is full-time and based in Athens.

Key responsibilities

• Process debt collection tasks according to work instructions
• Handle and investigate daily task-related incidents
• Create, develop and update documentation and procedures
• Deliver quality in a fast-changing environment
• Identify areas or processes for improvement

Required profile

• Able to work full time
• Native Greek speaker with good written and spoken English
• Quick learner and good problem solver
• Attention to detail and tech-savvy
• Advantageous: back-office experience, debt collection experience, additional languages

Required skills

• Experience with the MS Office package
