Graphic Designer – Prepress & Print Production

About the role

adapa Group is seeking a Graphic Designer to support its flexible packaging business by preparing print‑ready files and ensuring smooth production workflows. You will work closely with production teams and customers to deliver high‑quality printed materials.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit files for printing (REPRO) according to customer specifications.
• Check and correct files to meet printing standards and technical requirements.
• Prepare files for various printing machines, ensuring compatibility with technical standards.
• Communicate with production departments and customers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Perform quality control on final outputs, verifying colour accuracy and layout.

Required profile

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat.
• Degree or proven experience in prepress or separation.
• Good command of English technical terminology.
• Knowledge of printing processes, especially gravure and flexo‑digital.
