Graduate Sales Development Representative – FX & Global Payments

About the role

Ebury is looking for a motivated recent graduate to join its Greece office as a Sales Development Representative / FX Sales Associate. You will start your FinTech career by learning how to sell international payment and foreign‑exchange solutions to businesses across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage decision‑makers in target industries through research and outreach.
• Present Ebury’s FX and global payments products, negotiate terms and close new business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track activity in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, with earnings linked to performance.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with strong motivation and a desire to work in B2B sales.
• Fluent in Greek and able to communicate in business‑level English.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and global trade.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to learn quickly and hit ambitious targets.
