German‑Speaking Sales Advisor – Remote (Greece)

About the role

We are seeking a German‑speaking Sales Advisor to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company’s remote team in Greece. The advisor will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, chat and email, delivering high‑quality service and focusing on customer satisfaction and resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, chats and emails with German‑speaking customers.
• Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information using internal tools and maintain detailed interaction records.
• Build and maintain positive relationships through clear, professional communication.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets, including call‑handling KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with communication procedures and data‑protection policies.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in German and at least B2 level English.
• Proven experience in customer service or contact handling across multiple channels.
• Strong verbal and written communication, active listening and multitasking abilities.
• High computer literacy and confidence working with several systems simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven environment.
