German-speaking Customer Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a German‑speaking Customer Advisor to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Athens. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries efficiently.
• Identify and assess customer needs to guarantee satisfaction.
• Build strong, sustainable relationships through clear communication.
• Provide accurate information using the company’s tools and systems.
• Meet individual and team performance targets, including case handling quotas.
• Maintain clear records of interactions, accounts, and documentation.
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Required profile

• Native or fluent German (C2 level) and fluent English (minimum C1+).
• Strong customer orientation with a commitment to excellent service.
• Proven contact handling and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and adaptability.
• Fast learner with strong comprehension abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Team‑oriented mindset and collaborative attitude.
• Previous experience in customer support or client service is a plus.

Required skills

• MS Office proficiency.
• General computer literacy and strong PC skills.
