German Customer Advisor – Athens

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a German Customer Advisor to work in Athens, Greece. The client is a global leader and one of the biggest companies in Portugal, and the agent supports its activities by offering high-quality service to customers who use prestigious worldwide brands.

Key responsibilities

• Represent a worldwide brand and integrate into a multicultural environment
• Develop customer relationships and give customers the best possible experience
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training
• Offer recommendations on common problems and frequently asked questions

Required profile

• Fluency in German at C2 level or native
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
• Availability to work in rotating shifts
• Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills, good time management, team spirit and flexibility

Required skills

• Typing speed of 25 words per minute
• Good computer skills
