German B2B Customer Advisor

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting German speakers to work for a worldwide top brand as a German B2B Customer Advisor in Athens. The role covers answering and recording customer inquiries by phone, keeping accurate records and handling complaints.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and record consumer inquiries and questions raised through free phone lines
• Maintain accurate data on inquiries, questions and feedback in the customer service database
• Ensure client complaints are handled and logged according to the complaints escalation policy
• Answer and resolve support calls and emails within the agreed SLAs and log them appropriately
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training, and give recommendations on common problems

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher
• Native or fluent German
• Good level of English (C1)
• Writing speed of 20 words per minute
