Front Office Agent – Customer Service & Order Processing

About the role

The Front Office Agent will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance on retail products, spare parts and accessories while handling order processing and complaints. You will work closely with internal departments, Kärcher branches and external logistics partners to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product information, counselling and issue resolution for customer deliveries.
• Assist customers with complaints, claims and warranty issues.
• Enter and manage retail and online orders, supporting marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with the logistics department and external operators for deliveries and reimbursements.
• Maintain in‑store stock together with the Branch Manager, including regular stock censuses.
• Optimize the in‑store customer experience through continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Customer Service agent.
• Medium or higher degree in Professional Training, Administration or Accounting (preferred but not mandatory).

Required skills

• User‑level IT knowledge.
• Proficiency with MS‑Office.
• Experience with G‑Suite.
• Basic knowledge of SAP (preferred).
