French-Speaking Customer Support Agent – Remote (Greece) with Relocation

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Agent to join our international team. The position is fully remote but must be based in Greece, allowing you to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle while delivering high‑quality service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional support to French‑speaking customers via phone, chat and email.
• Handle inquiries related to products, orders, deliveries, returns and cancellations.
• Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and resolve issues efficiently.
• Follow established processes, quality standards and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a positive, customer‑focused attitude in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Fluent or native‑level French.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to work in a structured, international, fast‑moving setting.
