Front-End Developer (Technology Consulting)

About the role

EY Greece is looking for a motivated Front-End Developer to join its Technology Consulting practice. You will work in multidisciplinary teams delivering IT strategy, architecture, implementation support and software development for financial and corporate clients across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern front‑end technologies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, back‑end engineers and business consultants to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Participate in client engagements, providing technical insight and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members on coding standards and best practices.
• Contribute to internal projects and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, IT/Systems or related field (master’s preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, JSON, XML.
• Front‑end frameworks: Bootstrap, AngularJS, Ember, Backbone, ReactJS.
• CSS preprocessors and responsive/mobile design techniques.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and version control systems (e.g., Git).
