French Team Leader

About the role

Concentrix Greece is seeking a French‑speaking Team Leader to oversee a group of call‑center associates. You will ensure daily operations run smoothly, meet performance targets, and deliver high‑quality service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day activities of a team of associates, monitoring work and attendance in line with company policy and legal requirements.
• Coach and develop team members regularly to achieve weekly performance metrics.
• Identify performance issues, create improvement plans, and implement corrective actions, up to termination if necessary.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs and financial expectations.
• Communicate expectations, provide updates, and act as subject‑matter expert for escalated customer calls.
• Conduct team meetings, organize activities, and maintain open communication channels.
• Stay current on internal processes, policies, and procedures; attend required manager development training.
• Promote Concentrix values through behavior and attitude, advocating for team members.

Required profile

• Associate degree in a related field (preferred) with 2‑4 years of relevant experience.
• Highly motivated with strong coaching and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and follow through on tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
