French-Speaking Sales Specialist - Digital Advertising (B2B)

About the role

A recruitment agency is hiring French-speaking Sales Specialists for a consultative B2B digital advertising project based on-site in Athens, Greece, supporting one of the world's leading online advertising platforms. You will work directly with French-speaking business clients and marketing agencies in France, Belgium and Switzerland to help them maximise their digital marketing ROI, scale their online presence and build long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business accounts and marketing agencies through inbound inquiries and outbound consultative sales calls in French.
• Identify growth potential and propose tailored digital marketing and advertising strategies.
• Guide advertisers through campaign setup, launch, tracking and continuous performance optimisation.
• Analyse campaign analytics and metrics to recommend ROI improvements and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain pipeline integrity, CRM records and accurate sales forecasting.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Required profile

• Native or near-native French (C1/C2, written and spoken).
• Strong English for internal tools and communications.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, inside sales or target-driven commercial roles.
• Interest in or understanding of digital marketing, PPC, search/display advertising or social media ads.
• Valid full-time work authorization for Greece.

Required skills

• Digital literacy and comfort with CRM platforms and pipeline management tools.
• Negotiation, active listening and relationship building.
• Ability to manage an active business portfolio independently to reach sales quotas.
