Sales Representative - Mobility Aftermarket

About the role

Bosch is looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales Representative for its Mobility Aftermarket department, covering the markets of Greece, Cyprus, Albania and Malta. The main goal is to help the business grow, meet sales targets and act as a trusted partner for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy to achieve sales targets and build long-term partnerships.
• Serve as the primary contact for your accounts, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• Identify and seize new sales opportunities within your existing portfolio to expand the market position.
• Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to inform strategic plans and improve offerings.
• Work closely with internal cross-functional teams so that delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Monitor account performance, sales metrics and market developments, reporting clearly to senior management.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of previous experience in B2B sales.
• Academic background in Business Administration or Engineering.
• Fluency in both Greek and English.
• Availability for regular travel.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills, and financial acumen.
• Ability to handle change, embrace digitalisation and perform under pressure.
