French Customer Advisor - Athens

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a French Customer Advisor to work in Athens, Greece, on behalf of a global client that is one of the biggest companies in Greece. The client is a world-leading company and works with prestigious international brands. The agent supports its activities by offering high-quality service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Represent a worldwide brand within a multicultural environment.
• Develop customer relationships and give customers the best possible experience.
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training.
• Offer recommendations for common problems and frequently asked questions.

Required profile

• Fluency in French (C2 level or native).
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level).
• Previous experience or contact with clients of any kind.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.

Required skills

• Typing speed of 25 words per minute.
• Good computer skills.
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills.
• Good time management, team spirit and flexibility.
