Flemish Collections Customer Advisor

About the role

Cross Border Talents is hiring a Flemish Collections Customer Advisor in Athens. The role provides telephone and administrative support to the business for call and document management, and offers a basic analysis of information so that clients receive solutions in line with the company's guidelines and values.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers by telephone and email, building positive engagement and demonstrating fair treatment
• Conduct affordability assessments to understand each customer's financial situation and set up reasonable repayment plans where appropriate
• Explain the benefits of reaching their debt-free day, giving clear timescales and information aligned with their repayment plans
• Advise customers on the availability of free money advice
• Maintain complete, accurate and professional system notes reflecting each call

Required profile

• Experience in customer service; contact center experience is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and confidence with a diverse customer base
• Service-oriented, patient and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Native or proficient Flemish; English at B2 level or above
