Fitness Instructor

About the role

As a Fitness Instructor at F ZEEN ATHENS, you will design personalized fitness and wellness programs for individual guests and groups, ensuring each plan aligns with their physical needs and health goals. You will work in a luxurious adults‑only urban retreat, contributing to a holistic guest experience that blends well‑being with hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients' fitness levels and health status.
• Develop and modify exercise routines based on individual needs, injuries, or health concerns.
• Lead individual and group training sessions covering cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility work.
• Monitor the proper and safe use of fitness equipment.
• Provide First Aid and CPR when necessary.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards throughout the fitness area.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Fitness Trainer or in a similar role.
• Degree in Sports Science or related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong knowledge of diverse exercises and ability to tailor plans.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.

Required skills

• CPR certification.
• First Aid certification.
