Fitness Equipment Technician

About the role

The Technician works on‑site in Glifádha, ensuring fitness equipment at client facilities and company‑managed centres is installed, maintained and repaired to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and set up fitness equipment at client facilities and company‑managed centres.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safe operation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and carry out repairs on mechanical and electro‑mechanical components.
• Coordinate with the operations team to schedule installations, upgrades and maintenance visits.
• Document all maintenance activities and manage a basic inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Communicate equipment status and required interventions to fitness staff and management.

Required profile

• Technical background in mechanical or electro‑mechanical maintenance.
• Understanding of fitness centre operations and safety standards.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Glifádha and handle physical tasks safely.
