Financial Analyst

About the role

OB Streem is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its Finance Department in Elefsina. You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, preparing budgets, and supporting strategic and operational decision‑making through data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse historical and current financial data to identify trends, variances and key performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow and scenario analysis.
• Prepare timely financial reports, including monthly management reports, income statements, balance sheets and cash‑flow statements for senior management.
• Provide strategic recommendations to optimise expenses, improve profitability and support business decisions.
• Collaborate with accounting and business teams to ensure data integrity and align financial goals with core systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Required profile

• Exceptional analytical, mathematical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Excellent presentation, reporting and communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
