Financial Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join Kotsovolos’ finance team. You will support the Group and management with accurate reporting, forecasting and data‑driven insights that help shape business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reporting packages for the Group and management, ensuring clear and timely business updates.
• Produce recurring financial reports for P&L, CAPEX, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow with high accuracy.
• Support month‑end closing through checks, reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Lead CAPEX, cash‑flow and balance‑sheet forecasts, build and monitor KPIs.
• Participate in business projects and deliver ad‑hoc financial analysis.
• Utilise AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and accelerate data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar or FP&A‑related role.
• ACCA qualification or IFRS diploma is a plus.
• Excellent command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Familiarity with AI‑based analytical tools.
