Finance Manager – Strategic Growth & Financial Insight

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead our finance function across Greece and the UK. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will partner with senior leadership and top economics analysts to shape financial strategy, drive robust analysis, and support business‑critical decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic growth by delivering clear, data‑driven financial insights to senior management.
• Build, maintain and continuously improve scalable financial models, tools and processes.
• Monitor forecasts versus actuals, perform variance analysis and refine key performance metrics.
• Manage internal control frameworks, risk‑management protocols and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
• Identify financial risks, flag issues to the CFO and propose mitigation actions.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, results‑oriented professional with a strong blend of strategic thinking and execution capability.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, multi‑location environments and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable messages for non‑financial stakeholders.
