Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead our finance function across our locations in Greece and the UK. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will work closely with the executive team and senior economists to provide financial insight that drives strategic decisions and supports business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic growth by analysing complex financial data and presenting clear insights for decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain scalable financial models, tools and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Review and refine key performance metrics, monitor forecasts versus actuals and produce variance analysis.
• Manage internal control frameworks, risk‑management protocols and finance procedures to ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
• Identify financial risks, flag issues to the CFO and propose corrective actions.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, results‑oriented finance professional with experience in both strategy and execution.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced environments and collaborate with senior leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills to translate financial information into clear messages.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting and performance monitoring.
