Field Service Technician

About the role

The Field Service Technician is responsible for ensuring generators and supporting plant equipment operate at peak performance. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems while acting as the primary contact for clients on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues for generators and related plant equipment.
• Perform routine check‑ups and major engine overhauls according to manufacturer standards.
• Estimate labor and parts, manage inventory and tools in the service vehicle.
• Complete detailed on‑site service reports and proactively order materials for upcoming jobs.
• Maintain a clean, professional environment and ensure continuous plant operation for the client.

Required profile

• Technical degree (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical Engineering).
• Previous maintenance experience, preferably with generators or plant equipment.
• Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Fluency in Greek and English (verbal & written) and a valid driver’s license.
