Fashion Generalist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Fashion Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks and work collaboratively with multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with project management, including coordinating timelines and deliverables, scheduling meetings, and following up on action items.
• Collaborate with the UK‑based Press team to support sample distributions, gifting and other initiatives.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel for team members, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation while managing itineraries and budgets.
• Manage logistics of clothing and sample transportation, scheduling pickups, drop‑offs, and international shipments in support of the styling team.
• Provide administrative support to multiple teams, maintaining files and databases.
• Conduct research and analysis to support various projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross‑functional alignment and communication.
• Assist with planning and execution of events and other company initiatives.
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
• Provide general office support as required.

Required profile

• Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written).
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
