Export Operator – Air Department

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Export Operator to join our Air Department in Athens. The role involves coordinating air export shipments, ensuring compliance with international standards and delivering high‑quality service to our clients and global partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end‑to‑end air export shipment processes.
• Verify and process export documentation, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain full adherence to airport authorities, IATA regulations and commercial practices.
• Cross‑check commercial documents, air waybills and shipment manifests.
• Re‑package shipments as required in line with IATA guidelines.
• Communicate clearly with clients, agents, airlines and suppliers.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team‑oriented and customer‑focused mindset.
• 1–2 years of experience in import/export operations.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
