Experienced Sales Representative – Office Solutions

About the role

Sigma Office, a leading Greek provider of professional office equipment and educational solutions, is expanding its store team in Nea Filadelfia, Athens. We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative who can understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and grow within a performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in‑store, phone, and email service, advising customers on product choices.
• Analyse client requirements, pitch appropriate solutions, and prepare detailed commercial quotes.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through follow‑up to closing.
• Record all interactions, actions, and next steps accurately in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain long‑term, trust‑based relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales, preferably B2B or office/educational equipment.
• Strong negotiation and pitching abilities with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple quotes and leads simultaneously.
• High responsibility, reliability, initiative, and team spirit.
• Professional proficiency in Greek and good knowledge of English.
