About the role

Join PwC's Cybersecurity Tech team in Athens as a lead consultant, helping clients develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies, governance frameworks, and incident response capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, operating models and governance frameworks aligned with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and test incident response plans through tabletop and simulation exercises.
• Create tailored cyber risk management methodologies, integrate threat intelligence and conduct risk assessments.
• Assist clients with third‑party and supply‑chain cyber risk management and data‑protection controls.
• Design and deliver training programmes to foster a cyber‑awareness culture.

Required profile

• BSc in IT, Computer Science or related field; MSc or certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA are a plus.
• 3+ years of proven experience in cybersecurity and data‑privacy.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (NIS2, DORA, GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).
• Advanced project‑management and people‑development skills.
