E‑shop Operations Assistant – Fashion Retail

About the role

We are looking for an energetic E‑shop Operations Assistant to support the daily running of an online fashion store located in Nea Ionia. You will ensure smooth order processing, keep product listings up‑to‑date and provide prompt assistance to both B2C and B2B customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily e‑shop operations, monitor orders and coordinate dispatch with couriers.
• Upload and update product information, images and promotional content on the platform.
• Prepare basic product photography and edit visuals for online presentation.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media, maintaining a high level of service.
• Assist with simple promotional activities and periodic content refreshes.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing an e‑shop, preferably using WooCommerce or a similar platform.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with good communication skills.
• Comfortable working with social media and digital content tools.
• Very good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Interest in fashion trends and premium brands.
