About the role
Are you the person restaurants and hotels call when their systems need to actually work? At SSPC – Software Solution P.C., we help hospitality, restaurant, and retail businesses run smoother through ERP. As our next ERP Consultant, you’ll own implementations end‑to‑end – from understanding client needs to configuring the system, training teams, and being the trusted advisor.
Key responsibilities
- Lead ERP implementations from requirements to go‑live.
- Map and improve clients’ business processes.
- Configure and customize the software to fit each business.
- Train users and provide ongoing support.
Required profile
- Experience implementing or supporting ERP systems in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
- Hands‑on experience with at least one of: Pylon (Epsilon Net), Kalypso Restaurant (Nanosoft), or Retail Studio (iQom) – or strong equivalent experience.
- Solid grasp of business processes and how finance connects to ERP.
- Strong problem‑solving and clear communication.
- Comfortable working independently, remotely.
- Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or a related field – or equivalent hands‑on experience.
