EPC Project Manager – Utility‑Scale Solar PV (Athens)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to lead utility‑scale solar PV and hybrid projects from design through hand‑over in Athens, Greece. You will join our Project Management Office, driving process excellence and supporting the energy transition.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver EPC projects on time, within budget and scope.
• Develop detailed project schedules, monitor milestones and manage changes to scope, schedule and cost.
• Control project budgets, identify variances and adjust financial plans.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, contractual requirements and QHSE regulations.
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, including engineering, procurement, construction, consultants, clients and authorities.
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for senior management and clients.
• Support the preliminary phase, preparing documentation and assisting in EPC contract negotiations.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering.
• 2–8 years of EPC project management experience, preferably in utility‑scale solar PV or other renewable energy projects.
• Proven ability to manage cost, schedule, risk, quality and technical aspects of large‑scale projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
