Project Manager

About the role

The role is focused on driving projects forward, managing stakeholder engagement and ensuring delivery within budget and schedule. You will oversee the full project life‑cycle from initiation to commissioning, working closely with clients, authorities and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate project scope, objectives and detailed schedules to internal and external teams.
• Manage budgets, monitor costs and use verification techniques to control changes in scope, schedule and expenses.
• Perform risk management, engage with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors and authorities to ensure technical feasibility.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless execution and maintain strong relationships with them.
• Provide regular project reports, measure performance and enforce safety regulations.

Required profile

• Higher university degree in Engineering.
• Project Management certification (PMP) or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager on major industry projects, including budget and timeline responsibility.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent English; German considered an additional asset.

Required skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, Microsoft Project and Primavera.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
