English Customer Advisor - Athens

About the role

Cross Border Talents is hiring an English Customer Advisor in Athens, Greece. You will act as the first point of contact for accommodation partners, resolving their basic questions and queries before escalation, and you will be trained to become a subject matter expert in your field, working through voice, chat or email.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer communications and conduct research to give answers that resolve their issues
• Resolve basic partner questions such as room modifications, rates, availability and extranet tooling
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right tools, methods and processes
• Ensure a high level of partner service and a positive partner experience
• Report to a Team Lead and contribute to the success of the customer experience and the team

Required profile

• Fluent in English
• 6 months or more of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Resident of Athens or able to relocate there immediately and obtain work authorization

• Computer literacy
