End User Specialist

About the role

Stanley Black & Decker is looking for an End User Specialist based in Athens, Greece, on a permanent basis. The role develops and delivers product training for dealers and end users, strengthens sales team capabilities and supports an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver product training programs to dealers and end users.
• Strengthen sales team capabilities by improving product knowledge and supporting customer experience.
• Teach presentation and persuasion techniques to new hires and sales teams.
• Simulate sales scenarios and prepare training programs that address identified knowledge gaps.
• Visit retail stores regularly to work closely with salespeople and support in-field capability development.
• Design and run orientation programs for internal and customer sales teams, and conduct onboarding product training for new hires.
• Act as a consultant to salespeople, helping them address challenges on the job.
• Determine training needs across new and existing product ranges in close collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
• Organise and lead hands-on activities during company events, customer events and product demonstrations.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for tools and a strong interest in product training and sales enablement.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Availability to travel regularly and visit network retail stores as needed.
• Fluency in English.
