Electrical Technician – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

Join PMI’s fast‑growing Operations team as an Electrical Technician in our 24/7 Aspropyrgos factory. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the electrical and automation equipment that powers our smoke‑free product lines, ensuring reliable production and high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain electrical equipment to PMI safety standards and ensure continuous, reliable operation.
• Perform interventions on all electrical and automation assets, including peripheral equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve breakdowns, adjust settings, and implement technical modifications to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate closely with Mechanical Technicians on joint maintenance activities.
• Analyze performance and quality indicators, supporting production to meet KPI targets.
• Develop innovative technical solutions for cost‑reduction and strategic projects.
• Manage spare‑parts inventory and ensure proper documentation of technical changes.
• Support back‑office tasks such as creating work instructions and electrical task standards.

Required profile

• Technological Educational Institute degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Technical license (ΠΔ: 108/2013) as required by Greek regulations.
• 3‑5 years of experience as an electrical technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (4 days on, 2 days off) in a 24/7 plant.

Required skills

• Industrial automation experience, specifically PLC programming with Step 7.
• SCADA system knowledge.
• Electrical cabin and equipment maintenance.
