Industrial Safety Consultant

About the role

Ergonomia SA is seeking a qualified Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to join its consulting team as an Industrial Safety Consultant. You will help organisations improve their industrial safety performance by conducting assessments, developing risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site inspections, data collection and technical evaluations.
• Conduct industrial safety assessments and audits, proposing corrective actions and risk mitigation measures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to improve safety performance across diverse industries.
• Develop and implement safety procedures, protocols and best‑practice guidelines.
• Prepare proposals and maintain accurate project and client records in the CRM system.
• Stay up‑to‑date with applicable safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• MEng in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and report‑writing skills in Greek and English.
• Organisational ability to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
• Commitment to fostering a safety‑first culture.
