Electrical Senior Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, installation and commissioning of electrical systems across our hotel resorts in Thessaloniki, Greece. The role combines technical oversight with collaboration across consultants, contractors and authorities to deliver high‑quality, compliant projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage design packages, reviewing technical drawings and materials from consultants and contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Oversee interior design concepts for hotel areas, ensuring alignment with the group’s creative vision.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with industry standards, local and international building codes, and safety regulations.
• Supervise installation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical systems, keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and authorities to integrate electrical designs and resolve potential issues.
• Provide engineering input for value engineering, resolve design challenges and produce method statements for safe execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or building services, preferably in hospitality projects.
• Fluent in English and Greek.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of applicable building codes, safety standards and accessibility requirements
