Electrical Installations Technician

About the role

Grand Resort Lagonissi is seeking a full‑time Electrical Installations Technician to join its on‑site maintenance team. Based in Kalívia Thorikoú, you will ensure that all electrical systems across the resort’s buildings, guest areas, and outdoor facilities operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain electrical equipment, lighting, power distribution, and control panels.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, providing timely corrective actions.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimise downtime and guest disruption.
• Ensure all work complies with local safety regulations and technical standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to respond to service requests.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report major technical concerns to supervisors.

Required profile

• Vocational training, certification, or licence as an electrician or electrical installations technician, as required by Greek regulations.
• Proven experience in electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting, preferably in hospitality or facilities management.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to safety.
• Effective communication and teamwork, with a customer‑focused mindset.
