eCommerce Expert

About the role

Attica Group is seeking a strategic eCommerce Expert to own and scale its digital revenue channels across websites and mobile applications. You will be responsible for driving commercial results, optimizing customer journeys, and continuously improving performance in a fast‑paced digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and User Experience (UX) initiatives to streamline the e‑commerce funnel from lead generation to conversion and retention.
• Identify drop‑off points, friction areas and opportunities for improvement, and implement A/B testing and other CRO tactics.
• Monitor and analyze website and app performance using tools such as Google Analytics, tracking KPIs like sales, traffic, conversion rates, CTR and engagement metrics.
• Develop and execute SEO and SEM/PPC campaigns to maximize traffic and drive sales.
• Create and optimize keyword‑rich product descriptions and website copy, managing digital assets for better discoverability.
• Ensure UI design consistency with brand guidelines, responsive mobile‑first design, and accessibility best practices.
• Collaborate with UX teams to conduct UI testing, gather feedback and iterate on visual hierarchy and navigation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing e‑commerce platforms, digital marketing and CRO projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
