E-commerce & Digital Content Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an E‑commerce & Digital Content Specialist to manage and grow our online presence. The role combines hands‑on Shopify administration, digital content creation, image retouching, SEO and overall digital operations. You will work closely with creative, technical and marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Shopify store, including product uploads, collections, pricing and content.
• Coordinate seasonal launches, product updates and website merchandising.
• Maintain a consistent, high‑quality visual experience across all digital channels.
• Retouch and optimise product, campaign and e‑commerce imagery using Adobe Photoshop.
• Prepare digital assets for the website, social media, newsletters and campaigns.
• Support SEO, Google Analytics and digital performance analysis, identifying traffic and conversion opportunities.
• Assist with newsletters, email and seasonal digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with external developers and digital partners to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
• Contribute to product visualisation and other digital projects as needed.
• Gradually assume broader e‑commerce and digital responsibilities.

Required profile

• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Comfortable working across creative, operational and technical tasks.

Required skills

• Shopify e‑commerce platform.
• Adobe Photoshop (image retouching).
• Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (desirable).
• SEO and Google Analytics.
• Google Ads (desirable).
• Email marketing and digital campaign tools.
