Dutch‑Speaking Customer Service Representative (Remote – Greece)

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Greece. You will be the first point of contact for our accommodation partners, handling inbound calls and providing accurate information about rooms, rates, and extranet tools.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all incoming client/guest calls with professionalism and clarity.
• Provide up‑to‑date information on room modifications, rates, availability and extranet usage.
• Continuously expand product knowledge to resolve queries efficiently.
• Utilise company tools and processes to ensure accurate and complete communication.
• Maintain high levels of client service and contribute to a positive partner experience.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Dutch and English (minimum B2 level), both spoken and written.
• Based in Greece with a stable internet connection.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends and nights (09:00‑00:00), with two days off per week.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using standard office software.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
