Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

Concentrix Greece is hiring Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Representatives to join its multicultural #GameChangers team in Athens. You will deliver memorable experiences for a variety of global brands across sectors such as tech, finance, media, healthcare and travel.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and live chats, providing accurate and complete information.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and build trust.
• Maintain records of interactions, process accounts and file documents.
• Meet personal and team targets, including call‑handling quotas.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer support or client service.
• Fluent in Dutch and a good level of English.
• Strong focus on customer needs with excellent communication, problem‑solving and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the company.
