Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote team supporting hospitality partners. The role is based in Greece and involves handling guest inquiries via phone and providing accurate information about rooms, rates and booking tools.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all incoming client/guest contacts and act as the primary telephone point of contact.
• Continuously expand product knowledge to resolve queries and issues efficiently.
• Provide information on room modifications, rates, availability and extranet tool usage for accommodation partners.
• Utilise appropriate tools and processes to ensure accurate, complete and valid information is delivered.
• Maintain high standards of client service and ensure a positive experience for partners at all times.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Dutch and English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
• Ability to explain product or service details clearly.
• Willingness to work rotating morning, afternoon and weekend shifts (Monday‑Sunday, 09:00‑00:00).
• Tech‑savvy with full proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Resident of Greece with a stable internet connection.
