Dutch Sales and Customer Advisor – Athens

About the role

Cross Border Talents is hiring a Dutch Sales and Customer Advisor in Athens, Greece. The role provides telephone and administrative support to the business, handling call and document management and offering solutions to clients in line with the company's guidelines and values.

Key responsibilities

• Build positive engagement with customers, establish relationships and treat them fairly
• Conduct affordability assessments to understand each customer's financial situation and, where appropriate, set up reasonable repayment plans
• Explain the benefits of reaching "debt free day" with clear timescales and information linked to repayment plans
• Advise customers on the availability of free money advice
• Maintain system notes so call records are complete, accurate and professional

Required profile

• Experience in customer service; contact center experience is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and confidence with a diverse customer base
• Service-oriented, patient and able to work independently and in a team
• Native or proficient Dutch; English at B2 level or above

What we offer

• Pay of 1,450 EUR per month, paid 14 times a year, with a bonus of up to 15% on monthly gross salary
